Kingston born and a life
long resident, I spent 23 years owning and operating
the Hind Quarter Quality Meats & Grocery before
selling in 1998.
I began my real estate career
in the spring of 1999 with Royal LePage Kingston,
rising to their top agent in 2000, and remaining
there for the past 10 years.
In 2002 I joined the prestigious Chairman's Club
of Canada, which is the top 1% of all Royal LePage
sales representatives in Canada, based on total
dollars earned, and have remained in the Club
ever since. This year I was fortunate to place
33rd out of almost 14,000 sales representatives
nation wide.
Devoted Husband and father
of four, I support many local charities &
organizations; such as the Salvation Army, for
whom I am the Chairman of the Volunteer Advisory
board for Kingston; as well as the Kingston University
Hospital; Shelter Foundation; Kingston School
of Art; and the Cataraqui Clippers soccer Club
to name a few.
When I am not listing or
showing real estate, I love to spend my time
on our farm, with my family improving the land
and hopes for a 3rd career as a hobby farmer in
future retirement years.

My son, graduated from Computer
Programming at St. Lawrence College in Kingston,
but decided to join me in January 2007, and seems
to have the same passion for the real estate profession
as I do. Besides learning quickly about the new
home market, Gregg is great with first time home
buyers, and loves showing country property. If

Client Care Manager
Brenda has worked in the
real estate industry for 19 years, with 9 years
as a dedicated assistant to Mike Scrannage which
has led to a large part of his success. Brenda's
daily role includes office organization, e-mail
inquiries, booking showings for our listings,
corresponding with other sales representatives/lawyers/lending
institutions, advertising, etc…
